Application for Returns/Refunds




Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refunds and Return Policy and the Terms of Service, Buyer may apply for return of the purchased items (“Item”) and/or refund prior to the expiry of the Guarantee Period as stated in the Terms of Service.

Please refer to the type of products as mentioned below:

- "Software" as annotate here refer to any software in computer pc, mobile terminal, machine.

- "Hardware" as annotate here refer to any hardware used like Home and Living, Mobile & Computer, Accessorires, auomotive.

- "Other Product" as annotate refer to fashion accessories, clothes, health & beauty, bags & luggage.

Return and Refund Policy (Software if relevent)




If you're dissatisfied with any software product you purchased, you may contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a refund.

We cannot issue a refund if you contact us more than 7 days after your purchase date, unless it was a fraudulent transaction.

All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the event. All refund will be made manually through bank transfer and transaction costs will be borne by the payer.

If we issue a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 7 working days. Upon receipt, you must uninstall any software for which you no longer possess a valid license.

We reserve the right to disable any product keys and/ or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.

Return and Refund Policy (Hardware if relevent)




We will accept, for return and refund, according to the rules as below by the customer. For a full refund, mail out your item within 7 days from the receipt of original order.

Items cannot be returned or refunded after 7 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned with tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as box or dustbags. Buyer will only be refunded after we has received the returned item and QC is completed (Successful).

The refund will be made to Buyer’s credit/ debit card or designated bank account, whichever is applicable.

Refund and Exchange




A Buyer shall be entitled to a refund or exchange of a Product in the following situations:

a)The Item has not been received by Buyer.

b)Product is defective as if it:

(i) is unfit for its intended use,
(ii) not fit to be consumed;
(iii) has a defective design;
(iv) has been defectively assembled or,
(v) is dangerous or harmful for normal use.

(c) Product does not comply with description/criteria

(i) is a different or the wrong product;
(ii) has different specifications from that advertised or ordered, such as different function, wrong colour or size;
(iii) has missing parts; and/or is missing items promised (such as free gifts).

Buyer Cancellation Order




Buyer may also apply for the cancellation of order:

(a) Before Delivery of Product

A Buyer may cancel their purchases without the Seller's approval at any time before the Product status on the Website is stated as "Processing".

(b) During Preparations for Delivery

Once preparations for delivery of the Product are in progress (where the status on the Website is stated as "Processing"), any cancellation will require the Seller's approval, subject always to the terms of the Seller Agreement.

(c) After Delivery of Product

Once a Product has been shipped out, the status for the order on the Website shall be changed to "Shipped" on the Website. The order can no longer be cancelled at this point, and any cancellation will need to be made via the return process as set out in Part B of this Policy.

Seller Cancellation Order




A Seller may cancel an order where there is inadequate stock to fulfill such order, where there will be unreasonable delay in sourcing of the products or where the product has been wrongly advertised or priced. In such instance, the Buyer: -

(a) will be notified of the cancellation via the Website, SMS and email

(b) shall be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price paid including shipping fees where applicable.

General Exceptions




A Seller may reject any request for returns or exchanges in any of the following cases:

(a) the Product delivered is damaged due to a cause attributable to the Buyer;

(b) the value of the Product has been significantly reduced due to the use or partial consumption thereof by the Buyer;

(c) the value of the Product has been significantly reduced to the extent that such Product is not in a fit condition to be resold;

(d) the packaging of a Product is damaged.

Liability of Product Return Shipping Fee




In the scenario of an unforeseen error from the seller's end (i.e. - damaged, faulty or wrong product delivered to the buyer), the seller will bear buyer's return shipping fee.
